In Rahul, Raghu was able to see his past. Vice President & National Sales Manager for Business Banking identified the potential in Rahul and decided to take him to a new level in the new financial year. The year ended on a new high, when his appraisal brought him the top rating and brought him a seat in 'The Talent Pool' of the bank. In six months only he became the most successful Relationship Manager for the Business banking division of the bank. All these qualities in the bank were collectively termed as a single adjective –'Aggressive'. ![]() Rahul joined the bank at the age of 24, as a fresh MBA in finance & Marketing, full of energy, dynamism, positivity and passion.
